Where do you ship your fragrances?
We currently ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Domestic orders within the United States typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on customs.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all Imaginary Authors scents are 100% vegan and never tested on animals. We use high-quality synthetic and natural ingredients to ensure our products are ethical and sustainable.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. Due to the nature of personal care items, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been sprayed, but we highly recommend purchasing our Short Story Collection sample set before committing to a full bottle.
How should I store my perfume to ensure longevity?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as a bedroom dresser rather than a humid bathroom.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
Are your fragrances safe for sensitive skin?
While we adhere to all IFRA safety standards, we recommend performing a small patch test on your inner wrist before full application if you have a history of skin sensitivity or allergies.
