Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your olfactory experience, but if a scent isn't the right fit, we accept returns on full-sized bottles within 30 days of purchase. Please note that sample sets and discovery kits are final sale to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve to ensure it arrives back at our studio without damage.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new selection within 5-7 business days.
